Special Effects & Finishing Die Cuting

Die cutting is the process by which the printed product can be given irregular shapes, either on paper, cardboard or other materials. The die with the final shape that we want it to have is made of wood on which some blades are embedded that, by means of pressure, will cut the material or can allow creases, half cuts or climbs.

For those smaller, urgent or complicated shapes productions, there is the possibility of digital laser cutting without the need to manufacture a conventional die. It can shape a multitude of materials such as plastic, metal, foam, forex in different thicknesses.
