The Rodellar family started their activity in the workshops on Diputació street in Barcelona with artisan printing and handling systems. Graphic arts in its purest form.
The first letterpress printing machine is incorporated, a Heidelberg Minerva, equipment with which not only did we print but also carried out other processes such as die-cutting, dry-engraving and stamping.
The real revolution: we stopped using traditional types to start using the litographic process in offset printing, improving production times and quality. The company evolved towards modern production systems.
We continued to grow with the medium + pre-press format. A further step with a significant investment allowed the company to access the 50 x 70 cm format market, which together with the 36 X 52 equipment of 1, 2 and 4 colors made the company a reference in commercial works.
After the founder’s death, the company was acquired by F. Estivill and integrated into the PrintMakers group, updating its production structure, company image, and providing it with the necessary financing to undertake new investments that allowed the company to adapt to the new needs of the graphic market.
